Nikita Jose

Co-founder 

Nikita comes from Kannur, Kerala. She has 6+ years of work experience; a student of psychology, focusing primarily on child and adolescent development. She started working as an intern and have since continued contributing to the social development sector. She likes researching, documenting and creating processes. She's worked in various projects for the rights of children, and envisions a world where children will be heard and safe. She's passionate about public healthcare and prevention of sexual abuse. She wants to create a safe, feminist and loving space for all.

Co-founder | Director

June comes from Kolkata, West Bengal. She has 14+ years of work experience in social development sectors. ​She focuses on queerfeminist rethinking of human dignity,  access to education, public healthcare and social integration of marginalized groups. She works on prevention of sexual abuse, access to public healthcare and education and fighting gender based violence through awareness raising, storytelling and advocacy. She likes to explore creative ideas to dissent.

Dr. Swathi SB

Public Health Expert | Board of Advisor

Swathi SB is a public health professional and a Primary care & HIV physician. She's an advocate for health as a right and focuses to address health inequities through research and implementation.

​

She explores the intersection between health, gender, and sexuality and has worked with women in sex work, and transgender communities delivering primary care and understanding the issues related to provision of comprehensive primary health care.

 

In her free time you can find her karaoking loudly at home or lost in poetry.

Dr. Akshay S Dinesh

Public Health and Digital Rights Expert | Board of Advisor

Akshay is a generalist straddling public health and technology for a progressive society. He is a doctor, coder and human rights advocate. 

​

Akshay works for right to health and digital access for all. When not working, we can find him de-escalating and resolving conflicts among people. As he says, "If I’m involved and triggered, it wouldn’t be so easy, would it?"
