Nikita Jose
Co-founder
Nikita (she/her) is from Kannur; studied History and Sociology. She is a keen student of Psychology and wants to continue education and training in the field of mental health.
She started her work life in 2020 as a student volunteer with grassroot NGOs, supporting rights of gender and sexual minorities. She likes researching, documenting, creating processes and supporting her troupe in all possible ways .
Over 3 years, she has worked in various projects including for the rights and entitlements of marginalized children. She envisions a world where children will be heard and safe. She believes in creating feminist and loving spaces for all. She bakes amazing cakes and lives in Bangalore with her friends and cats.

June (she/we) comes from Kolkata. She has a masters in Comparative Literature and more than a decade of work experience both in corporate and social work sectors.​

Worked as a Learning & Development Specialist since 2011, she moved to working for rights, dignity and empowerment of marginalized communities with nonprofits in 2016. ​
​
She focuses on feminist rethinking of human rights, social entitlements, access to resources and information, gender-sexuality advocacy, education through stories, power of art and representation, content creation.

She is a teacher at heart, cat enthusiast, queer and a home body.
Nishtha Sabharwal
Mental Health Professional | Trustee | Board of Advisors
Nishtha hails from Bhopal. She has a masters degree, specializing in Media & Communication. She has been working in the mental health space for the past two years in Bangalore. She previously worked as a desk editor.

She provides counselling therapy and mental health support to individuals, students, LGBTQIA+ and gender-sexual minority communities. A writer at heart, she has published articles related to health, mental health and LGBTQIA+ rights.
She is a reader, enjoys funny memes and spending quiet hours at home and in cafes. She lives with her partner in Bangalore.

Dr. Swathi SB
Public Health Expert | Board of Advisor
Swathi SB is a public health professional and a Primary care & HIV physician. She's an advocate for health as a right and focuses to address health inequities through research and implementation.
​
She explores the intersection between health, gender, and sexuality and has worked with women in sex work, and transgender communities delivering primary care and understanding the issues related to provision of comprehensive primary health care.
In her free time you can find her karaoking loudly at home or lost in poetry.
Bindu Doddahatti
Advocate | Professor | Board of Advisor
Bindu Doddahatti is a criminal justice practitioner and a law teacher based in Bengaluru, India.
Her areas of interest are criminal law, caste, and gender and sexuality. She also works with social movements in Karnataka on these issues.
She has previously worked at Azim Premji University and the Alternative Law Forum, Bengaluru.
Dr. Akshay S Dinesh
Public Health and Digital Rights Expert | Board of Advisor
Akshay is a generalist straddling public health and technology for a progressive society. He is a doctor, coder and human rights advocate.

Akshay works for right to health and digital access for all. When not working, we can find him de-escalating and resolving conflicts among people. As he says, "If I’m involved and triggered, it wouldn’t be so easy, would it?"
